🗣️AI Character

Make KickBot behave like a custom, AI powered, character. Whenever KickBot is pinged it will respond as a character persona. This is a great way to maintain an entertaining and engaging chat.

Getting Started

For this process you will need a KickBot account. If you do not already have a KickBot account navigate to kickbot.app and sign up. For more information, follow this guide on getting started.

To start, navigate to the "AI Character" page under "Chat Bot" in the left-hand navigation.

Configuring an AI Character

By default, the AI Character feature is disabled. Once enabled, there are a few configurations to help define the AI Character.

Settings

• Enabled: Enables/disables the AI character.

• Permissions: Select which viewers can interact with the AI Character, by default this is set to 'Everyone'. The streamer will always have permission.

Character Persona

Select what persona the AI character should behave as. You can select from several preconfigured options, or enter your own prompt. If you are creating a custom persona, be as detailed as possible.

Please note that only one AI Character Persona can be used any time.

Interacting with an AI Character

To interact with the AI character, simply ping @KickBot in chat with your message:

The AI does not have access to realtime information and may not have knowledge of events that have occurred in the previous couple of months.
